Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers

Established in 1972, the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers ("the League") is a non-profit, statewide association representing and serving the needs of the state's 50 community health center organizations with more than 300 total access sites. The League serves as an Information Source on community-based health care to policymakers, opinion leaders and the media and provides a wide range of technical assistance to its members and communities, including: Analysis, Training and Education, Clinical Quality Initiatives, Workforce Development, Information Technology Development, and Support to Expand Health Access.

Michigan Quality Improvement Network

Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA), was incorporated in 1981. With 45 health center organizations providing quality, affordable, comprehensive primary and preventive health care for more than 670,000 Michigan residents at more than 260 sites located in both rural and urban communities across the state. MPCA advocates for and enhances comprehensive, accessible, innovative, and affordable community-based health services while influencing and advancing health policy at the state and national level.

MPHCA is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) membership organization comprised of 20 Community Health Centers providing quality comprehensive healthcare in accredited medical homes. Health centers provide care to over 280,000 patients within 187 sites throughout Mississippi’s underserved communities. Community Health Centers generate more than a quarter of a billion dollars per capita to our state’s economy. Since 1981, MPHCA has provided members with exceptional training, technical support, and advocacy at the state and federal level.

MOQuIN was formed in 2010 with HRSA Health Center Controlled Network funding. All Missouri health centers are members of MOQuIN and staff representatives meet on a routine basis to discuss best practices and opportunities for quality improvement. MOQuIN provides support for MPCA’s member health centers to leverage Health Information Technology (HIT) to improve patient care and report on clinical quality measures, and achieve Meaningful Use of HIT to receive the incentives available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Use of the data warehouse, population health management software, and staff expertise enhance the success of this network in organizing statewide quality improvement efforts and initiatives.

Montana Primary Care Association (MPCA)

Incorporated in 1987, the Montana Primary Care Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to high-quality, community based, affordable primary health care in Montana.  MPCA is the association of Montana’s community health centers, and works to support and increase Montanans’ access to excellent, patient-centered health care. MPCA provides training and technical assistance to health centers and advocates for policies and programs that improve access to health care for all, especially for underserved and vulnerable populations.
