Idaho Primary Care Association

Since 1983, the Idaho Primary Care Association (IPCA) has been the leading state advocate for community-based health care programs. The association plays a vital role in educating federal, state and local policy makers about issues relating to health care and the role of community health centers. The IPCA also provides training and technical assistance to Idaho's community health centers in the areas of community development, quality improvement, workforce development and health center operations.

Founded in 1988, The Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) provides technical assistance and training to Iowa community health centers to support their ongoing commitment to provide quality, affordable primary and preventive health care to the underserved in Iowa. Many of our 13 member community health centers provide access to medical, dental and behavioral health services. Because of this, our member health centers provide a health home to more than 188,000 individuals.

Established in 2012, The Kentucky Health Center Network (KHCN) is the membership organization of Kentucky’s Health Centers. Our Mission is to sustain Kentucky Community Health Centers and their capacity to provide quality patient services, to institute best practices, and to pursue continuous improvement. As of June 2017, KHCN member organizations served more than 1,000,000 patients at more than 300 clinic sites, including school-based and mobile clinics.

The National Nurse-Led Care Consortium (NNCC) is the leading advocate for nurse-managed health care. NNCC is a nonprofit corporation whose mission is to strengthen the capacity, growth and development of nurse-managed health centers, provide quality care to vulnerable populations and eliminate health disparities in underserved communities. Founded in 1996, NNCC joined Public Health Management Corporation in 2002.

Established in 1982 as a non-profit organization, the Louisiana Primary Care Association, Inc. (LPCA) promotes accessible, affordable, quality primary healthcare services for the uninsured and medically underserved populations in Louisiana. It is a membership organization of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and supporters committed to the goal of achieving health care access for all. LPCA represents 34 federally funded Community Health Center organizations across Louisiana.
