Session 5, April 6, 2022: Considerations when Documenting Risk of Acquiring HIV and/ Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation The HITEQ team provided a review of key considerations on coding and documenting social information that were raised during presentation and discussion of case examples and facilitated discussion on application of the considerations within participating health center’s unique contexts. Participating health centers shared their takeaways and how those takeaways may be enacted in the clinic.
