Health Center Network of New York (HealthEfficient)

Founded in 2007 by six health centers and the Community Health Care Association of New York State (CHCANYS), HealthEfficient now serves 18 health centers across the eastern U.S. Our data reporting and benchmarking solutions contain demographic and clinical information on nearly 260,000 patients served network-wide. Since 2008, CHCANYS has offered super-user and end-user training to health centers who use eClinicalWorks, helping staff master the skills they need to get more work done, faster—and focus more on patient care. If new to eClinicalWorks, they can help health centers train their staff on the system right from implementation.

HealthEfficient’s purpose is to advance member health centers’ information management capabilities through collaborative efforts and shared learning in order to deliver efficient, evidence based care to vulnerable populations.
